What Constitutes Sexual Harassment?
Sexual harassment includes, but is not limited to:
Unwelcome Sexual Advances: Propositions, touching, or other physical interactions.
Verbal Harassment: Offensive comments, jokes, or derogatory language.
Non-Verbal Harassment: Suggestive gestures or displays of inappropriate materials.
Such behavior, when it interferes with work performance or creates a hostile environment, is unacceptable.
Reporting Harassment
We encourage anyone who experiences or witnesses sexual harassment to report it. You can report incidents to:
