Our Commitment

At Sentinel Tech we are dedicated to maintaining a workplace that upholds the highest standards of respect and dignity. Our Sexual Harassment Policy reflects our commitment to providing a safe and inclusive environment for all employees, guests, and visitors.

What Constitutes Sexual Harassment?

Sexual harassment includes, but is not limited to:

  • Unwelcome Sexual Advances: Propositions, touching, or other physical interactions.

  • Verbal Harassment: Offensive comments, jokes, or derogatory language.

  • Non-Verbal Harassment: Suggestive gestures or displays of inappropriate materials.

Such behavior, when it interferes with work performance or creates a hostile environment, is unacceptable.

Reporting Harassment

We encourage anyone who experiences or witnesses sexual harassment to report it. You can report incidents to:

Reports can be made confidentially, and retaliation against those who report or participate in investigations is strictly prohibited.


Investigation and Action

Upon receiving a complaint, we will:

  • Conduct a Fair Investigation: Carried out promptly and discreetly.

  • Maintain Confidentiality: Information will be shared on a need-to-know basis.

Take Appropriate Action: Disciplinary measures may include counseling, warnings, suspension, or termination.

Training and Awareness

We provide regular training to all employees to ensure awareness and compliance with our policy. This training covers how to recognize, report, and prevent harassment.
